I am a registered nurse with over 32 years of experience, specializing in intensive care, surgical, and oncology nursing. My career has taken me on a unique journey, leading me to my current role in integrative medicine, where I work alongside a doctor who shares my passion for holistic healing. Together, we operate an IV clinic, helping people heal through a combination of traditional medicine and integrative practices. My own health journey 12 years ago ignited my interest in integrative medicine and fueled my desire to help others on their own healing journeys. Today, I use my nursing skills and personal experience to provide compassionate, holistic care to my patients, supporting them on their paths to wellness.

Practice Manager

I am the Practice Manager for Lotus Holistic Medicine. My primary role is to oversee the daily running’s of Lotus, support staff, handle all financial matters as well as patient queries. You may see me from time to time assisting Gail at reception.

I have worked in the health sector for the last 15 years with the majority of that time spent in conventional General Practices here on the Sunshine Coast. My own recent health journey and personal experiences have led me down the path of holistic and integrative medicine to heal myself and my family. Within recent years, as my curiosity has grown, my integrative knowledge base has too! I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of team Lotus and see the daily benefits of our patient’s healing journey.

Gail 
Primary Administrator

Gail has been a resident of the Sunshine Coast for over a decade and has extensive experience in Medical reception and practice management, with her main focus now on integrative medicine. Gail is the primary administrator of lotus and welcomes all patients with a warm smile. Gail is committed to providing exceptional service and ensures that the practice runs smoothly on a daily basis. She can assist you with all general administrative enquiries, such as packages, stock ordering, billing enquiries and scheduling appointments.

Fei 
Virtual Personal Assistant to the company Director, Dr. Sandeep Gupta

She handles a range of administrative tasks to support the Director’s daily activities and long-term agenda. Her responsibilities include managing correspondence, schedule meetings, travel arrangement, and ensure that all queries and requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Additionally to this, Fei is administrative support to Gail at reception and will often attend to email queries and consult with package patient’s directly.
